I asked some of my regular clients what benefits a Flow Pilates class brings them.

I am so pleased Laura is running more classes as now I can fit it one morning and one evening a week. I have noticed after nearly 3 years of classes that I am feeling far more in control of my body and an automatically keeping my core ‘on’ during my every day life. I have now realised that being able to turn off the big muscles and make the little muscles work is so important in keeping my body working to its optimum level. Thank you Laura for making me fit!

Laura was recommended to me by my Physiotherapist as I had issues with my back and he said you had to choose the right Pilates teacher.  This was so true. Laura’s classes are small and friendly which gives her time to give you individual attention to ensure you gets the most out of the session. She always ensures we listen  to our bodies and work at our own level. I look forward to my sessions and always come away feeling happy, chilled and pain free.


I can honestly say that Laura is an excellent instructor who is very knowledgeable about the body and it’s complexities. She makes the workouts fun while pushing you to new limits.  Having suffered with neck problems she tailors some of the workouts to my specific needs. A thoroughly enjoyable class!


We highly recommend Laura’s Flow Pilates sessions. I have attended her classes since she opened at Saltwood village hall 4 years ago. Now both of us consider it the mainstay of our health and fitness routine.

Laura is extremely helpful and approachable and I can’t recommend her Pilates class highly enough. I’ve only been attending one term but already feel the benefit. I have always struggled with back and neck ache, but it has certainly reduced lately. What I love is my body feeling so stretched after each class. It’s a great spot of therapeutic “me” time.


Flow Pilates has helped me to improve my mobility leading up to and especially following my hip replacement last year. Laura is an excellent and attentive teacher and motivates me to push myself to improve my strength and fitness.
